Firm Partner & Project Manager
With over 7 years in the field and on track for his own Architect licensure, he now oversees the office management and employees. He enjoys overseeing all the projects in the firm and guiding them to completion while advising clients of how best to accomplish their vision. Beyond the firm, Kameron likes to spend his time with his loved ones.

Joy Weatherill
Drafting Specialist
Fairly new to the team, Joy joined O'Brien Architecture while juggling their schooling. With incredible progress and talent, they are well on their way to becoming the next project manager and taking their knowledge to the next level. Outside of the firm, Joy enjoys crafts like candle-making and jewelry.

Zach Sharp
Project Manager
Having been at the firm for over three years now, Zach has found a specialization in residential projects. He enjoys meeting new clients and going over their hope for their homes - whether it be new construction or a renovation - he is meticulous in seeing that it gets done properly and with finesse. At home, he loves having movie nights with his wife and daughters.

Jay Jennings
A steadfast pillar of both community and firm, Jay has been at O'Brien Architecture of 11 years and counting. He specializes in MEP drawings and offers a more whole, in house experience for the firm. When he's not at the firm, he enjoys watching his son play football.

The Senior Accountant for the firm has accumulated over 30 years in experience in her field. Danell remains an invaluable asset in the firms constantly expanding future. Beyond her bookkeeping career, she loves to ride her motorcycle with her husband.
Danell Sharpe
Accounting
Blaise is the daily accountant and billing specialist. She works closely with all others in the firm to ensure projects are being moved along smoothly and payments, invoices, receipts, and adjustments are done. Aside from her time at O'Brien Architecture, she loves spoiling her 2 cats and 2 dogs.

As the firm's Owner and Founder, it is always Matt's job to oversee the standard of the firm. He steps in where necessary and is very proud of the growth his firm has accomplished in the 23 years it has been running. When he has free time, he enjoys sailing in New Bern, NC!
